Nonverbals
This is true in my experience because I do notice how sometimes I can "open up" or "close my body". For example, when I went on my first date a while back with someone I didn't really know, I was closed off for the most part, wrapping my ankles around the chair, or hunching a little bit. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect. In contrast, when I went on my first date with someone I did know really well, I was opened up, and you could tell I was comfortable with the person.
This knowledge does influence me on how I behave the next time I'm in class, in a job interview, etc because body language does play an important role of how people perceive you.
